Advent Software has bought Goya, a privately held Norwegian software provider. Advent is a provider of software and services for the global investment management industry. The financial terms and conditions of the deal remain undisclosed.

This acquisition will enable Advent to offer Goya’s Tradex,a software solution for fund managers and fund distributors in EMEA region. This transaction will automate the order flow from initiation to back-office and between distributors and fund managers. Tradex’s role in handling standing orders, sales commissions, switches, savings and pension plans will also benefit the acquirer. Combination of Tradex with Advent's solution for portfolio management and accounting, Advent Portfolio Exchange® (APX) and trade order management, Moxy® will provide clients with an integrated front-to-back office solution for fund and asset management.
