Tsesnabank has implemented SmartGuard from BPC Banking Technologies. Tsesnabank that already uses BPC’s SmartVista, will use the comprehensive fraud monitoring and prevention solution to flexibly set and modify rules to optimize fraud prevention and continue to deal adeptly with criminal activity.
When suspicious activity is detected, SmartGuard can be configured such that e-mails or short message service text messages can be sent to customers, an alert can be raised with a call-center operator, transactions can be declined or a card can be blocked. Dauren Zhaksybek, Chairman of the Management Board of Tsesnabank, reveals that initially SmartVista enabled the bank to widen its range of products and services. Now, SmartGuard will help them improve their payments infrastructure security.
