As per a recent agreement, Mountain States Insurance Group will be implementing Accenture Duck Creek Policy Administration and Accenture Duck Creek Billing as its core policy administration and billing systems. The Accenture Duck Creek Templates will help the commercial insurer to support rapid implementation and the ongoing maintenance of the ISO-based commercial lines as well as the NCCI-based workers’ compensation products.
Beau Irwin, Chief Risk Officer at Mountain States, informs that an extensive vendor search revealed that the modern technology and highly flexible configuration capabilities of the Accenture Duck Creek software were best suited for them to quickly adjust to new market demands and streamline internal processes to offer a higher level of customer service.
