Joe Rossi
Joe Rossi is the founder of TurtleBay Advisory Services (TBAS), an advisory firm specializing in providing financial services firms with business transformation advice and solutions to optimize their operations. Joe has over 30 years of experience in financial services, using his background in operations and information technology to build bridges among diverse groups of people and organizations to implement large-scale change efforts. He most recently served as Freddie Mac's head of Operations & Technology, the largest division in the company, responsible for all mortgage origination and servicing, investment and capital markets operations, and information systems. Previously, Joe held senior leadership positions at Mellon Bank, JP Morgan Chase, and Citibank. Joe holds a BA degree from Bryant University, and an MBA from Iona College.

Padelford Louis Lattimer
Padel is a founding member of TBAS and leads its asset management practice and technology sales efforts. Padel has held leadership roles with Quattro Global Capital, TIAA-CREF, Morgan Stanley, Mellon Financial Corporation, and JP Morgan Chase. His experience spans domestic and global assignments in traditional asset management, alternative investments and commercial banking. During his career Padel has managed and developed a broad range of traditional and alternative investment products, including hedge funds and retirement solutions. He has managed a mutual fund complex and served as a director on the board of a Life Insurance company. Padel has also led successful sales and marketing teams.

Barbara Park
Barbara is a founding member of TBAS, and brings a unique combination of over 20 years of experience as both a consultant and a client executive at leading global firms. She has specialized in large-scale strategy, merger integration, profitability improvement, change management, and operational effectiveness initiatives for organizations undergoing significant transformation. As a manager at McKinsey, and a partner at Mitchell Madison Group (founded by ex-McKinsey consultants), she delivered solutions to complex problems for Fortune 100 and large European clients in banking, insurance, and health care. She also built and managed 3 new global functions in 4 years for Chase's asset servicing business, and managed a systems development group at the legacy JP Morgan.
Barbara holds a BA in Anatomy & Physiology from Cornell University, and an MBA from Wharton.
