Anant Gupta
Vice President, BPM & Connectivity, Prolifics

Anant Gupta is the Vice President of BPM & Connectivity at Prolifics. In his role he is responsible for providing guidance to clients around their BPM initiatives primarily in the BFSI and healthcare sector. He leads a global team of Process Architects and BPM analysts that specialize in understanding the process landscape and charting out a roadmap for measurable improvement through detailed analysis and prioritization workshops. He has over 10 years of experience in the BPM space and has worked as a business integration architect prior to that. Anant holds a bachelors degree in electronics engineering from Delhi University and an MBA in Finance from New York University.


Scott Simmons
Banking Solutions Architect - BPM, IBM

Scott Simmons, Leading Banking Solutions Architect, IBM BPM Tiger Team Scott is the Lead Banking Solutions Architect for IBM’s North America WebSphere Technical Sales Team. Scott specializes in design, development and implementation of BPM solution architectures for banking customers and key banking ISVs. Scott focuses in the area of BPM/BRMS design, Service Oriented Architecture and is a Certified SOA Solution Designer. Previously, Scott was the Lead Solutions Architect for IBM Worldwide Banking Center of Excellence. (BCOE) where he worked around the world with leading Tier 1 and Tier 2 banks around the world. Prior to his role on the BCOE, Scott was the Principal Architect for the Worldwide SOA Technical Sales Architecture team where he was the technical lead and mentor for over 100 IBM SOA Architects around the world. During this position, Scott had a key role in the development of the IBM SOA Scenarios as well as the development and deployment of the SOA Architect Summit. Previous to Scott’s lead role in the WW SOA Technical Sales Team, Scott was one of the first WebSphere Brand Architects in IBM where he co-authored the development of the SOA Reference Architecture concept and developed the methodology for IBM's Integration Architecture Workshop.


Padelford Louis Lattimer
Founding Member, TurtleBay Advisory Services (TBAS)

Padel is a Founding Member of TBAS and leads its asset management practice and technology sales efforts. Padel has held leadership roles with Quattro Global Capital, TIAA-CREF, Morgan Stanley, Mellon Financial Corporation, and JP Morgan Chase. His experience spans domestic and global assignments in traditional asset management, alternative investments and commercial banking. During his career Padel has managed and developed a broad range of traditional and alternative investment products, including hedge funds and retirement solutions. He has managed a mutual fund complex and served as a director on the board of a Life Insurance company. Padel has also led successful sales and marketing teams.

Padel is a graduate of Columbia University. He holds a BA in Economics, and MBA with honors.
